When I was taking a kickboxing class down the way in the same plaza, I always stopped by for a nutritional shake afterwards. They are so delicious & the staff is always friendly & quick to provide a fresh made shake. This facility is beautifully decorated as well. I always enjoyed stopping by.

This place is an experience with in it self very friendly crew and the owners are great . The tea and shakes are delicious. I see reviews about it being a herbal life product but your not gonna get a shake that taste as good as the ones they make!! It’s a must try!!!!

Amazing Energy - Amazing Owner and Positive Vibes all around. Super personalized service, owner knows every customer and speaks positively with all customers. The music is great; this place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Amazingly nutrient dense products. Great vibes. Great place.

This is one of the most amazing places - ever. They have such a wide selection of teas, shakes and other products. The best part, in my opinion? They take the time to explain everything to you - how it’s going to benefit you, how it works; AND they take the time to get to know YOU. They remember you, every time you come back. Truly amazing employees and ownership that takes pride in their business! Not to mention all of their products are so delicious!

I stopped in today to try out the smoothie and tea and they were both amazing ! After drinking them I feel nourished and full of energy. Jared and his staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. You will be happy that you went.

Easily one of my favorite locally owned businesses! The owners Mary Kay and Jared are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! They have cultivated a friendly and welcoming environment and make you feel like family! The shakes and teas are incredible, 10/10!!!! If you haven't stopped in yet you absolutely have to!!
